Here we have a winter juice recipe much celebrated for its various health benefits. And the most prominent of all is its fat burning property. The main ingredients in the recipe are Amla (Indian gooseberry) and aloe vera.

Ingredients:
2 small chopped Amla
Pulp of a medium-sized Aloe Vera leaf
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp rock salt
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
1/2 glass water at room temperature
1/2 glass warm water

Here is how to prepare the drink:
Combine chopped Amla, aloe Vera, cinnamon, rock salt with some water in a grinder and grind to paste. Strain the mixture…remove the pulp and grind again with some water to make sure you are able to extract all the juice.
Add the 1/2 cup of warm water. You can also add a spoon of raw honey for taste.
Your juice is ready!
