The hacker group Anonymous has warned the American multi-billionaire and Tesla founder Elon Musk over his continuous misuse of power. In a video published on Youtube, a spokesman for the group criticized, among other things, the power that Musk has over Bitcoin rates.
The star entrepreneur has to take harsh criticism, among other things he is referred to as a “narcissistic rich guy” who desperately needs attention. The activist group accused Elon that his employees suffer from poor working conditions and that children work in his Tesla lithium mines.
Musk enjoys a massive following of over 56 million people on Twitter. The self-made billionaire has been throwing out tweets effectively pumping and umping cryptocurrencies. His sometimes strange remarks on Twitter are just as much a thorn in the side of the Anonymous activists as government aid, with which Musk is said to have bought Bitcoin.
The fact that Musk is now critical of Bitcoins because of the high energy costs is duplicitous. Musk knew that the energy in the production of cryptocurrencies comes partly from surpluses. He destroyed lives with his “games on the crypto market”, the group stated.
The video ends with a clear warning:
You think you are the smartest in the room, but now you have found your opponent. We are Anonymous. We are Legion. Wait for us!
The otherwise rather talkative Musk initially remained silent on Twitter. Must hasn’t posted a reply to the hacker activists’ warnings

Anonymous is a decentralized network of activists who, among other things, hack the websites of unpopular organizations. However, it is also attributed to the ability to carry out more complex hacker attacks.
The group became known for actions against Scientology, PayPal, Mastercard, and Sony. The activists also campaigned against child pornography and supported the Occupy Wall Street movement and Wikileaks. They see themselves as digital Robin Hoods. Their symbol is the white Guy Fawkes masks.
