Banana mask
Banana contains many nutrients that act from within, but also from outside. Used as a face mask, banana protects the skin from signs of aging, decreasing wrinkles. Mash a banana and add a tablespoon of rose water, apply the mixture around the eyes and leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse off.

Egg white and olive oil mask
Prepare yourself a mask from an egg white, one teaspoon of olive oil and, optionally, the juice of half a lemon. Mix the ingredients, apply them on the face, including the eye area, leave for 30 minutes and rinse with cold water.

Facial exercises
Facial muscles should be trained daily, so allocate a few minutes a day to do some stretching exercises for the face. For example, 2-3 times a week perform the following exercise: with your eyes open, raise the eyebrows and maintain this position a few seconds. Lower your eyebrows, then repeat the movement 5-10 times.
