Ingredients
1 litre water
5 stalks of fresh parsley
1 medium sized lemon
1/2 green apple
1 stick cinnamon
1 inch ginger
1 tbsp of green tea
Instructions
Take the water in a pot and add parsely, lemon, apple, cinnamon and ginger.
Boil for 10-15 minutes.
Add the green tea and brew for another 3-4 minutes.
Your awesome anti-swelling, anti-bloat tea is ready.
