Egg muffins with ham and vegetables

This breakfast egg recipe adds a little meaty taste to your table.


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 3 slices chicken breast ham
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • salt – a pinch,
  • 1 pinch pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Brush the molds in which the muffins will be prepared with olive oil.
  3. Dice the ham into small cubes. Wash the paprika, hollow it out and dice it.
  4. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk, ham, and paprika and mix thoroughly.
  5. Add baking powder and spices to the mixture and combine the ingredients.
  6. Pour the mass into molds and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  7. Serve the finished muffins with cherry tomatoes.
